How do I register on LittleDot?
Open our app or website and click "Start free". You'll need an email and password. After that you can immediately start using LittleDot services without needing to enter health data.
How does an online consultation work?
Submit an inquiry with a description of symptoms and photos (if needed). A doctor will review your case and respond within a few hours. The consultation happens through the app, without video or phone calls.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, click "Forgot password". Enter your email and follow the instructions you'll receive via email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime without additional reasons. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. You can cancel in your account settings or by contacting customer service.
How much does the app cost?
We have 3 plans: Free Health (free — 5 AI messages, 1 AI LAB analysis per month, up to 2 profiles), Standard Health (€29.90/mo — 2 written consultations, 20 AI messages, 3 AI LAB analyses, up to 3 profiles, 10% off video/phone) and Premium Health (€119/yr — 12 written consultations, 200 AI messages, 50 AI LAB analyses, up to 6 profiles, 20% off video/phone). No card to get started.
Are my data safe?
Yes. LittleDot uses end-to-end encryption and fully complies with GDPR and Croatian legislation. Medical data is protected to the highest standards. We never share data with third parties without your consent.

Is the app available for iOS and Android?
Yes, LittleDot is available on both platforms. Download it from Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS. The web version is also available at littledotapp.com.
